C.J. Wilcox, the reigning Pac-12 Player of the Week, scored 25 points and the host Huskies never trailed en route to their first 4-0 start in conference play since 1984.

Scott Suggs added 13 points, Desmond Simmons grabbed 12 rebounds and Aziz N'Diaye had 11 boards for Washington (12-5), which began its Pac-12 season with three road victories and has won eight of its last nine games. The Huskies shot 33.9 percent from the field and were 6-for-20 from 3-point range.

Spencer Dinwiddie scored 15 points while Andre Roberson had 10 points and 11 rebounds for Colorado (11-6, 1-4), which was 1-for-10 from beyond the arc. Askia Booker added nine points and seven rebounds before fouling out with 32 seconds left.

Wilcox scored 11 points and Suggs had seven to help Washington take a 28-20 lead at the break. The Huskies did not score for the first 4:51 of the second half before Suggs' four-point play pushed the Huskies' advantage to 32-23.

Colorado got as close as five twice before Wilcox's jumper in the lane gave Washington a 48-38 lead with 7:21 to go. The Huskies wrapped it up when N'Diaye converted an alley-oop pass from Suggs to make it 56-45 with 2:34 left and by making 8 of 10 free throws in the final minute.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Wilcox was 8-for-14 from the floor - 3-for-6 from 3-point range. ... Since appearing in the USA Today Coaches Poll on Nov. 26, the Buffaloes are 6-6. ... Roberson entered the game third in the nation in rebounding at 11.8.
