: Victor Oladipo led five players in double figures with 20 points as the host Hoosiers held on after an explosive first half and ended the Golden Gophers' 11-game winning streak.

Jordan Hulls scored 19 points and Cody Zeller added 18 for Indiana (15-1, 3-0 Big Ten) while Andre Hollins scored a game-high 25 points and Trevor Mbakwe added 13 points and 10 rebounds for Minnesota (15-2, 3-1).

The Gophers matched the Hoosiers in the early going, but Minnesota committed seven of its 12 first-half turnovers over the final 10:25 and failed to pick up Christian Watford and Hulls at the 3-point line until it was too late. Indiana to shot 65.6 percent in the first half, including 7-of-11 beyond the arc.

As a result, the Hoosiers – who never trailed – broke open a one-point game and outscored the Gophers 36-14 over the remainder of the half, entering the break with a commanding 52-29 advantage.

Minnesota outplayed Indiana in the second half and nearly overcame a 15-point deficit with 4:36 remaining, but Hulls collected his own rebound after missing two foul shots with 18 seconds left and hit a pair of free throws three seconds later. Watford drained two free throws with three seconds remaining to account for the final margin.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Indiana, which scored 19 of its first-half points off turnovers, defeated its sixth straight ranked opponent at home. … Minnesota’s winning streak was its longest since opening the 2008-09 season with 12 consecutive victories. … Three of Oladipo’s five fouls were committed on 3-point attempts by Minnesota, including two over the final 2:48.
