Texas Christian 67, Mississippi Valley State 64: Kyan Anderson scored 16 points and Connell Crossland converted a rebound basket with 29 seconds remaining to snap a tie and give the Horned Frogs a home win over the winless Delta Devils.

Crossland, who scored nine points, scored after an offensive rebound to give TCU (9-4) a 64-62 lead - one the Horned Frogs would not relinquish. After two timeouts, Mississippi Valley State (0-10) turned the ball over and Garlon Green made a pair of free throws to give TCU a 66-62 cushion with 10 seconds left.

Green added 16 points and Adrick McKinney tallied 13 and grabbed nine rebounds as the Horned Frogs avoided the upset. TCU built an 11-point first half lead before a late run pulled the Delta Devils to within 37-33 at halftime.

Mississippi Valley State took its only lead of the game at 62-60 with 2:30 remaining on a layup by Darryl Marshall before TCU's pivotal 6-0 run gave the Horned Frogs their first three-game winning streak of the season.

Matt Smith had 17 points and nine rebounds to lead the Delta Devils, who remain one of four winless teams in Division I.
