Texas Tech 85, North Carolina A&T 74:
Dejan Kravic scored a season-high 22 points and Dusty Hannahs added a career-best 21 as the host Red Raiders rallied to knock off the Aggies.

Jaye Crockett had 20 points and 13 rebounds for Texas Tech (6-4), which had a 44-16 rebounding advantage and had to overcome a 12-point first-half deficit.

Jean Louisme scored 18 points, Adrian Powell chipped in 16 and Lamont Middleton tallied 15 for North Carolina A&T (5-8), which committed eight of its 10 turnovers in the second half.

Texas Tech trailed 38-26 with 2:38 left in the first half after North Carolina A&T put together a 23-4 run over six-plus minutes. The Red Raiders trailed 43-37 at halftime and outscored the Aggies 26-6 over the first 11-plus minutes of the second half to take a 63-49 lead on Crockett’s basket with 8:42 remaining.

The Aggies got back into the contest with a 15-2 run as a 3-pointer by Middleton pulled North Carolina A&T within 65-64 with 5:41 left. Kravic connected on back-to-back jumpers and Crockett’s basket a short time later gave Texas Tech a 77-66 lead with 2:46 remaining.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Red Raiders had 20 offensive rebounds, eight by Crockett. … North Carolina A&T had nine 3-pointers in the first half and finished 13-of-30 from behind the arc. … Crockett had led Texas Tech in scoring and rebounding in eight straight games before falling a few points short of stretching the streak to nine.
