Senior Darius Miller scored 19 points to lift No. 1 Kentucky to its 12th straight win, a 57-44 decision at Georgia on Tuesday.

Miller had 13 of his points in the first half and wound up making 7-of-8 field goals, including 4-for-4 on 3-pointers.

The Wildcats (20-1, 6-0 SEC) also got 14 points and 11 rebounds from Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. Anthony Davis only scored four points, but had 11 rebounds and five blocked shots.

Georgia (10-10, 1-5) lost its second straight.

The Bulldogs got 12 points from Dustin Ware and 10 from Nemanja Djurisic. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, the team's leading scorer, was held to seven points -- 7.7 points below his average.

Kentucky broke the game open late in the first half. After Georgia cut the lead to 23-22 on a dunk by Donte Williams with 6:40 left, the Wildcats went on a 15-4 run to end the half and diminish any Georgia's hopes for an upset.
