Where: RBC Center, Raleigh, North Carolina
Officials: # Roger Ayers, # Bryan Kersey, # Earl Walton

Cody Zeller had 19 points and a team-high nine rebounds and Jordan Hulls added 20 — including a critical 3-pointer late — to lead Indiana to a 86-75 victory over host North Carolina State on Wednesday in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge.

With the win, the Hoosiers improved to 7-0 for the first time since starting the 2002-03 season with eight straight wins. They also won for just the fourth time in 11 tries in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge.

After trailing by six late, NC State (5-2) cut the Indiana lead to 76-75 on C.J. Williams’ layup with 2:03 left. But the Hoosiers responded on the ensuing possession when Hulls buried a 3-pointer with 1:33 left to increase the advantage to four.

Indiana then closed out the game from the free-throw line as the Wolfpack missed a pair of shots and also turned the ball over.

Christian Watford finished with 16 points and nine rebounds, and Victor Oladipo added 11 for the Hoosiers, who shot 50 percent from the field, 53.8 percent from 3-point range, and converted 19-of-23 free-throw attempts.

Lorenzo Brown had a team-high 19 points for NC State, which took a 42-41 lead at halftime and led by as many as seven in the second half. Scott Wood, who was whistled for a critical intentional foul late, added 16. C.J. Leslie had 10 points and 11 rebounds.

The Wolfpack lost their fourth straight game in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge and are now 5-7 all-time in the event, one of only four ACC teams with a losing record.
