When: 10:15 PM ET, Tuesday, November 23, 2010
Where: Sprint Center, Kansas City, Missouri

Nolan Smith and Kyrie Irving each scored 17 points as No. 1 Duke pulled away in the second half to win the O'Reilly Auto Parts CBE Classic final 82-68 over No. 4 Kansas State on Tuesday.

Mike Krzyzewski won his 800th game at Duke to become the fifth coach in NCAA history to win 800 or more games with the same school. He has 872 career victories, fourth all-time.

Kyle Singler and Andre Dawkins scored 11 points apiece for Duke (5-0), which silenced a decidedly pro-Wildcats crowd at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Mo.

Mason Plumlee, who had 25 points and 12 rebounds in Monday’s win over Marquette, finished with 10 points against Kansas State (4-1).

After missing the season’s first three reasons for disciplinary reasons, forward Curtis Kelly showed why he’s a preseason All-Big 12 selection. One night after making his season debut against Gonzaga, Kelly had 19 points and six rebounds against Duke.

Jamar Samuels had 12 points and Martavious Irving added 11 off the bench for the Wildcats, who were 3 for 17 (17.6 percent) from beyond the arc.

Duke forced 21 Kansas State turnovers, including 12 in the first half, and Kansas State couldn’t put together a sustained run in the second half. Duke maintained a double-digit lead for most of the second half, and led 75-60 when Dawkins scored with 4:41 remaining.
