Reggie Johnson made two free throws with four seconds remaining to cap off a career-high 25-point effort, leading visiting Miami to a 74-73 win over Wake Forest on Wednesday night.

The win was the third straight for Miami (15-9, 4-6 ACC) and snapped a 13-game road losing streak in the ACC for Hurricanes, who have won their last three games by a total of five points.

Wake Forest (8-16, 1-8), which has dropped three straight, led 73-72 following a pair of free throws by C.J. Harris with 11 seconds remaining before Johnson’s charity tosses won it for Miami.

Harris led the Demon Deacons with a career-high 24 points, including 17 of 18 from the free-throw line.

Miami made all 16 of its free throws in the second half after going just 5 of 11 in the first half. Durand Scott scored 17 points while Malcolm Grant and Adrian Thomas added 10 each for the Hurricanes.
