Isaiah Thomas added 19 points and eight assists as Washington (15-4, 7-1 Pac-10) picked up its ninth win in 10 tries, though the Huskies got all they could handle from the Sun Devils. Arizona State used dead-eye shooting to stay in the game, pulling to within two points with 4:10 left in the second half.

Arizona State started the game shooting 62 percent from behind the 3-point arc in the first half and taking a six-point lead with 4:15 left on a 3-pointer by Rihards Kuksiks. Bryan-Amaning and Thomas sparked a 13-6 run to give Washington a 40-39 halftime lead it wouldn’t relinquish.

Ty Abbott and Trent Lockett scored 20 points each to lead Arizona State (9-10, 1-6), which has lost five of its last six games.
