No. 3 Kansas blew a double-digit lead in the second half, but escaped with a 67-60 overtime win over host Michigan Sunday.

The Jayhawks led from the start and were up 13 with 10 minutes left in the second half but failed to put the Wolverines away.

Darius Morris' jumper with 37 seconds left capped a 9-2 Michigan run and forced overtime. The Wolverines didn't take their first lead until Zack Novak hit a long 3-pointer on Michigan's first possession of overtime. But it was all Kansas from that point.

Marcus Morris led the Jayhawks with 22 points and 10 rebounds, and Markieff Morris added 13 points and 11 rebounds.

The Jayhawks (15-0, 0-0 Big 12) are one of five unbeaten teams in Division I, but were not impressive in winning their 15th straight. Kansas shot just 36 percent from the field, including a 4-of-24 performance from beyond the arc, and turned the ball over 16 times, including on multiple critical possessions down the stretch.

Michigan (11-5, 1-2 Big Ten) wasn't much better. The Wolverines struggled inside against the much bigger Jayhawks and were forced to attack from the outside. Michigan made only 4-of-24 3-point attempts and shot 33 percent from the field. Tim Hardaway Jr. led the Wolverines with 17 points, and Darius Morris added 16.

Kansas now heads into rugged Big 12 play, beginning with Wednesday's opener at Iowa State.

It doesn't get any easier for the Wolverines, who host No. 2 Ohio State Tuesday.
