Freshman Phil Pressey replaced the suspended Michael Dixon, and had 15 points and a game-high 11 assists to lead No. 12 Missouri to a 116-63 victory over visiting Central Arkansas on Saturday.

Marcus Denmon scored a game-high 21 points on 8-of-15 shooting in 26 minutes for the Tigers (10-1), who jumped to a 12-0 lead and led 54-19 at halftime.

Missouri, which had 33 assists to Central Arkansas' seven, posted a season-high in points. The Tigers shot 66.2 percent from the field and 50 percent from 3-point range, and also outscored the Bears 56-26 in the paint.

Laurence Bowers scored 20 points, and Kim English had 14 points and 10 assists for Missouri.

Mike Pouncy scored 11 points for the Bears (3-8).

Missouri (10-1) was without Dixon and John Underwood for the second consecutive game. Dixon has been suspended indefinitely for violating an undisclosed team rule, and Underwood, a reserve, returned home to Phoenix, Ariz., to be with an ailing brother.
