DeAndre Liggins finished with a career-high 19 points as No. 16 Kentucky pulled away in the final minutes for an 81-62 victory over rival Indiana Saturday in Lexington, Ky.

Indiana (7-2) took its final lead of the evening at 57-56 on a 3-pointer by Christian Watford with 9:42 remaining, but the Hoosiers scored just five points the rest of the way. Kentucky pulled back ahead on a 3-pointer by Liggins at the 8:04 mark, the start of a game-ending 25-5 run.

Kentucky (7-2) turned the ball over just six times against a normally tough Indiana defense, and the Wildcats also dominated the glass, outrebounding the Hoosiers 45-33.
