Northwestern is off to its first 5-0 start since the 1993-94 season, and the Wildcats went undefeated in November for the first time when playing at least three games in the month.

The Wildcats shot a blistering 62 percent from the field, including 12-of-19 from 3-point range, and Shurna led the way. He was 7-of-9 from the field and 4-of-4 on 3-pointers.

Drew Crawford added 19, Michael Thompson had 14, Alex Marcotullio scored 13, Luka Mirkovic had 11 and JerShon Cobb chipped in 10 for Northwestern.

Georgia Tech (4-3) got 16 points and six rebounds from Glen Rice Jr., and Iman Shumpert and Maurice Miller added 11 points apiece.

The Yellow Jackets have lost two straight after a three-game winning streak.

The Wildcats don't face another team from a major conference until their Big Ten opener at Purdue on Dec. 31.
