Brian Oliver scored 15 of his team-high 17 points during a dominating first-half performance as Georgia Tech led from start to finish in a 77-51 rout of Niagara in the Legends Classic on Friday night at Atlanta.

After a humbling 17-point loss earlier this week at Kennesaw State, Georgia Tech (3-1) put together its second straight impressive effort.

Coming off a 27-point win over Albany two days ago, the Yellow Jackets stunned Niagara (0-2) by scoring the first nine points of the game and never looked back.

Georgia Tech shot 54.8 percent from the field in the opening half and committed only three turnovers as the Yellow Jackets doubled up Niagara 48-24 by intermission.

Mfon Udofia added 13 points and Iman Shumpert chipped in 12 for Georgia Tech, while Glen Rice Jr. controlled the game from his point guard spot with 10 points, six rebounds, and six assists.

Antoine Mason scored a game-high 20 points for the Purple Eagles.
